ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Federal Information Minister Pervaiz Rashid responded to Imran Khan’s press conference on Monday. He said that it will be in the benefit of Imran Khan if he admits his defeat in elections.
Accoridng to the details, Senator Pervaiz Rashid said that even a recounting of votes was done on the request of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) Chairman. He stated that Khan himself no idea of the technical details. He further stated that it will be better for him if he admits his defeat otherwise he might have to face embarrassment on this issue. The Federal Information Minister said that Khan is clueless on how to save himself from embarrassment on being defeated again.
The former cricketer turned politician has been protesting for many days saying that the May 2013 elections had been rigged and he believes the current government came into power because of this rigging.
