Chunian gas explosion leaves 2 dead, 2 injured
Residents staged a protest against administration for not initiating rescue process timely.
CHUNIAN (Dunya News) – As many as two children died while one child along with his mother sustained injuries in a gas explosion in Chunian on Saturday, Dunya News reported.
As per details, gas leakage became the cause of the explosion which resulted in the roof collapse of two-storey house whereas nearby buildings also got damaged.
The explosion claimed lives of two children one-year old Noor Fatima and three-year old Saqib Awais by entrapping them all under rubble whereas two others got extremely injured.
However, the injured were shifted to the hospital in critical condition.
Moreover, residents staged a protest against administration for not initiating rescue process timely.
