Fresh cross border clashes injure youth in Rawalakot
Indian forces resorted to intermittent firing targeting residential areas at the border.
RAWALAKOT (Dunya News) – Youth sustained injuries as Indian forces continued to target residential settlements at the border in Rawalakot on Tuesday.
Earlier on Monday, at least four including a woman died and two Rangers’ personnel sustained injuries as Indian forces resorted to intermittent firing and shelling in Shakargarh and Zafarwal.
Chenab Rangers aptly responding to the offences killing at least five Indian soldiers in retaliation.
Rangers have evacuated dozens of localities as people residing at the border continue to migrate.
According to the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), the Indian security forces have opened unprovoked fire at least six times in the Sialkot and Zafarwal sectors since December 31.
