ATC discards death warrants of 2 criminals

The court was told by criminals' families that their appeals are under consideration in the SC

LAHORE (Dunya News) – The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Monday has discarded death warrants of as many as two terrorists for having their appeals under consideration in the Supreme Court (SC) of Pakistan.

According to the details, the special court of anti-terrorism had issued death warrants of Muhammad Faiz and Muhammad Sharif to the Faisalabad Jail Superintendent and the death row inmates were decided to be hanged on January 14.

The court was told by the families of both criminals that their appeals are under consideration in the SC upon which the ATC discarded the death warrants of Faiz and Sharif.
