The boat's weak engine coulnd't have escaped from the Indian Coast Guard, reported Indian Express

The Indian government’s claim that the boat coming from Pakistan which exploded near the state of Gujarat was carrying explosives has been proven as false by an Indian newspaper called Indian Express. It claims instead that it was actually smuggling diesel and alcohol.

According to the details, Indian Express rejected the claim of the Indian government that the boat coming from Pakistan had been carrying explosives saying that the evidence found from the boat suggested that it was carrying smugglers on-board who were actually illegally smuggling diesel and small bottles of alcohol.

The Indian newspaper while proving its government’s statement as wrong, said that the boat’s weak engine couldn t have escaped from the Indian Coast Guard.

For the past 41 hours previously the Indian government continued to talk persistently about the boat’s explosion. The government stated that the boat was  allegedly laden with explosives. It was reported to have entered from Karachi into the Arabian Sea.

The Indian Defence Minister claimed that a boat coming from Pakistan entered into the Indian chartered waters. It was challenged by the Indian Coast Guard after which the people on board set fire to the boat and destroyed it.

The Indian government stated that the boat was carrying explosives and 4 terrorists on board. It even further distorted the event by lauding its Coast Guard as heroes saying that they had prevented a major terrorist attack on India.
