Faisalabad: ATC gives 7-day remand for 3 criminals
Criminals involved in Novelty Bridge firing were presented before ATC today
FAISALABAD (Dunya News) – The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Saturday has given seven days remand for as many as three alleged criminals involved in the Novelty Bridge Chowk firing incident which lead to the killing of a Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) worker Haq Nawaz on December 8.
According to the details, the police on Friday claimed to have arrested Alyas alias Toti, Imran alias Hafiz and Usman alias Cheeni Awan.
All three were presented before the ATC today.
The court gave the custody to the police for physical remand for seven days upon demand.
According to the police, the arrests were made possible after the pictures and footage surfaced.
