Public Accounts Committee Chairman Chaudhry Nisar has said that Supreme Courts audit would be carried out at any cost, and added that National Assembly succor could also be invoked if needed in this regard. The PACs meeting, being held under the chair of Ch Nisar, reviewed the audit reports of all the institutions except the apex court.Auditor General of Pakistan Tanveer Ali Agha told the meeting that an audit report of the apex court has been prepared, but added that the SC Registrar did not want to appear before the committee. Nisar said that the AG would request the court to order the registrar appear before the next meeting of PAC.
