Zardari instructed to finalise the charter of university by next week

KARACHI (Dunya News) – The dream of a university in Hyderabad is taking shape now in form of Altaf Hussain University. The government of Sindh on Friday allotted 50 acres of land to Bahria Town on special instructions of former president Asif Ali Zardari. Zardari also instructed to finalise the charter of university within the next week.

“We are trying to build universities in every district”, said Governor Sindh Ishratul Ibad while talking to the media.

The official announcement of both the universities in Karachi and Hyderabad was made by Bahria Town chairman Malik Riaz when he visited the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) centre Nine Zero some days ago. Raiz was welcomed warmly at the MQM secretariat.

MQM chief highly appreciated the announcement while Riaz assured him that he would try to increase the number of Bahria Dastarkhaans in Karachi.
