Khuzdar massive grave case: SC summons Attorney General
95 hearings have been carried out in Baluchistan; however, no action has been taken so far.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Supreme Court of Pakistan (SC) on Wednesday summoned Attorney General Salman Butt for the investigation report on the mass grave case in Khuzdar.
Justice Jawad Khawaja claimed that 95 hearings have been carried out on the situation of Baluchistan; however, no action has been taken so far.
Additional Advocate General Balochistan has told the court that petitioner Nasar Ullah Baloch has been provided the security, on which Justice Jawad said that it was your responsibility to provide him full security.
Justic Jawad further added that the movement for restoration of peace organization is continuously threatening Nasar Ullah Baloch.
Moreover, SC has adjourned the hearing and called on Attorney General Salman Butt.
