Deadlock between govt, PTI will end soon: Sirajul Haq

Political matters are resolved through talks, not emotions, says JI head
PESHAWAR: (Dunya News) – Jamaat Islami (JI) head Sirajul Haq has said that the deadlock between the government and Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) will end soon. He said that political issues are resolved through talks and not by emotional slogans.
Talking to media today (Sunday) at Peshawar’s Markaz-e-Islami, Sirajul HAq said that he met a Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) delegation and is scheduled to meet PTI delegation under the leadership of Vice Chairman PTI Shah Mehmood Qureshi. He hoped that the deadlock between both the parties will end soon and talks will resume soon.
Sirajul Haq said that highlighting Israeli culture in a recent function at Islamic University Islamabad was condemnable. He demanded for government to investigate the matter as soon as possible and take action against the culprits.
JI head said that Muharram gives a lesson of sacrifice and unity. “Religious and political parties should take security issues during this month as a challenge”, he said. He said that anti-Islam forces have divided Muslims on the lines of color, ethnicity and even faith. “To fail this conspiracy, political and religious parties will have to play their role”, he stressed.
