Malala Yousafzai invited Pakistani PM Nawaz Sharif, Indian PM Modi to attend the ceremony

LONDON: (Dunya News) – Second Nobel Peace Prize winner from Pakistan after nuclear scientist Dr. Abdul Salam, Malala Yousafzai has said that Pakistan and India both getting Nobel Peace Prize at the same time is a message of peace. She invited Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Indian Prime Minister Narendera Modi to attend the ceremony of Nobel Peace Prize.

Speaking after being nominated for the prestigious award, Malala Yousafzai said that she was unable to believe that she was getting Nobel Peace Prize. She said that she was in her class-room when the prize was announced for her. She said that she felt proud as a Pakistani for getting the Nobel Peace Prize. She thanked her parents for their cooperation.

“My father did not keep me encaged but gave me freedom to study. It is not just an award for me. It has made me realize that I am a free girl”, said Malala. She said that she felt happy for being able to work for girls’ education.

Daughter of Pakistan said that she did not bother about anyone when raised the voice for girls’ education in Swat. Talking about the tense situation on Pakistan-India border, Malala said that she felt sad about it. She said that both the countries should join hands to provide education to the children living on both sides of the border. She said that both the countries should improve their relations with each other.
