Punjab Assembly session called on Oct 10
The session will be held after an interval of three months.
LAHORE (Dunya News)—Governor Punjab Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar has called a Punjab Assembly session on October 10 at 3pm.The session will be held after an interval of three months.
After the Governor Punjab accepted the summary by Punjab Government, the Punjab Assembly segregate has officially issued the notification to summon an assembly session on October 10.
Last session of Punjab Assembly was held in June for budget presentation. However, no session of Punjab Assembly has been held after the session ended on June 27.
Multiple ordinances passed by Punjab Assembly during the last session became ineffective due to the unusual delay.
In the next session to be held on October 10, new bills for law enforcement will be passed whereas the previous ordinances will be presented for approval.
