PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – Justice Nasirul Mulk was enraged over not conducting by-polls in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) despite demarcation of constituencies. A three-member bench presided over by Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Nasirul Mulk commenced the hearing regarding the by-elections today.
Advocate General KP clarified that the decision had held Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) responsible for conducting the by-polls. To which the court advised not to speculate things as the decision was for Punjab and Sindh only.
