Govt plans big crackdown on PTV attackers tonight

Government has decided to arrest the PTV attackers and others wanted in terrorist cases tonight
ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News) – Government has planned a big crackdown on Pakistan Television (PTV) attackers and others who are wanted in terrorist cases. Crackdown may take place tonight, Dunya News has learnt from its sources. Police has identified the attackers from the video recordings, images and evidences. Police has also gotten hold of the names and addresses of the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) workers.
Police teams led by police officers may start operation any time tonight. Chairman PTI Imran Khan and PAT chief Dr. Tahirul Qadri have also been named in these cases. Dr. Tahirul Qadri has warned of ‘Dama Dam Mast Qalandar’ if crackdown takes place.
Police has arrested dozens of sit-in protesters so far under various sections. Dozens have been set free on the orders of courts. Imran Khan has also announced to celebrate ‘Freedom from Rulers Day’ on Friday.
