Nation to hear good news on drone technology: Qureshi

Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that the Pak-US strategic dialogues were more successful than expectations. Many American delegations would visit Pakistan and will hold talks for cooperation in different fields. America would release allocated funds for Pakistan in April and June.Talking to newsmen at Lahore airport after arriving in the country from the US, Qureshi said Islamabad and Washington to hold intensive talks in April.We gained success at every stage. It was beyond our expectations. Qureshi addedQureshi said that the dialogue would not end here but it will continue. The next phase of the dialogue would start in April and after that US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will visit Pakistan in the near future. He said that we have talked a lot with American officials on the issue of energy shortage in Pakistan.We told them that Pakistan is severely facing energy crisis. We have asked Americans to help Pakistan in the energy sector. He said that US would help us with an immediate effect in the energy sector, Qureshi said.He added that we have asked America to help us to get flexible package from International Monetary Fund. He said that we have also discussed issue of drone attacks with Americans and soon there could be new development in this concern.
