PTI leadership summons core committee meeting today
Agenda of the meeting is to discuss prolonging the sit-in and approving charter of demands.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The leadership of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has decided to summon core committee’s meeting at 4pm today.
According to the sources, the agenda of the meeting is to discuss important issues related to prolonging the sit-in and approving the charter of demands. PTI would plan their future strategy considering the prevailing political scenario.
Charter of demands will also be approved in the meeting and Chairman PTI Imran Khan would put forward their demands in front of the government and make important announcements, sources added.
Earlier, tens of thousands of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) protesters marched on Pakistan s parliament Wednesday in a bid to depose the prime minister.
PTI chief Imran Khan issued an ultimatum demanding Nawaz Sharif resign by Wednesday evening.
"Nawaz Sharif, I will wait for your resignation until tomorrow evening and after that, we will enter inside the prime minister’s house," Khan said.
