Chaman: Three policemen among 11 injured in blast on Mall Road
Several nearby shops and vehicles were also damaged in the blast.
CHAMAN (Web Desk) - At least eleven people including three policemen were injured in a blast in Pakistan s southwest Chaman district on Thursday morning, Dunya News reported.
The bomb planted on a motorcycle went off outside Additional Deputy Commissioner’s house on Mall Road.
Police and other law enforcement personnel sealed the location soon after the blast and shifted the injured to Chaman’s District Headquarter Hospital.
According to witnesses, the bomb exploded inside a motorbike.
Initial report confirms it was a remote-controlled blast and the main target was police van, security sources told.
Several nearby shops and vehicles were also damaged in the blast.
So far, no group has claimed responsibility of the attack.
