PTI invites Jamaat-i-Islami to join 'Azadi March'
"Government and PTI should try to find middle path" - Sirajul Haq
ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News) – Vice Chairman Pakistan tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Shah Mehmood Qureshi met Jamaat-i-Islami (JI) Head Maulana Sirajul Haq is Islamabad today. Shah Mehmood invited JI to join PTI’s long march on August 14.
Sirajul Haq asked for time to consult other party members. JI Head advised Pakistan Muslim League (N) and the PTI to find a middle way instead of following the politics of conflict. He urged both the parties to solve their matters through talks.
Former Finance Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhawa (KPK) government Sirajul Haq said that it would have been better if PTI consulted it before announcing the long march.
