Resignations will cause revolt in PTI: Pervez Rasheed

We will confront the outlawed, whether they are in Waziristan or in Lahore, Islamabad: Info Minister
RAWALPINDI: (Dunya News, Web Desk) – Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Senator Pervez Rasheed has warned Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) that resignations may cause revolt within the party.
While talking to media after attending the flag-hoisting ceremony at former Pakistan Muslim League (N) MNA Hanif Abbasi’s residence, Federal Minister said that Chairman PTI Imran Khan and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Chief Dr. Tahirul Qadri must assure everyone that there will be no terrorism incident during their rallies.
“We will confront the outlawed whether they are in North Waziristan Agency (NWA) or in Lahore and Islamabad”, said Pervez Rasheed. “Pakistanis have seen a peaceful Eid after several years”, said the PML-N senator. “Nobody should try to sabotage peace now”, he added. He said that Imran Khan, Tahirul Qadri and Chadhry Shujaat Hussain must take up this responsibility.
PMLN leader said that contacts between politicians are a normal activity. “Imran Khan and Dr. Qadri have not put forward any demands so far”, said Pervez Rasheed.
Senior leader of Pakistan Muslim League (N) said that PTI members have seen the assemblies for the first time. He said that if Imran Khan insists on resignations, it may cause his party members to revolt against him. “PTI assembly members may never get a chance to enter the assemblies again if they resign now”, said PMLN leader.
