Youm-e-Hazrat Ali (RA): Pillion riding banned for 3 days in Karachi
Women, children, senior citizens and journalists will be exempted from the ban.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Sindh Interior Department on Wednesday decided to impose a three-day ban on pillion riding in Karachi along with five other divisions on the occasion of Youm-e-Hazrat Ali (RA), Dunya News reported.
The government imposed the ban following terror threat on the occasion. The ban will be applicable on July 18, 19 and 20.
The pillion riding will be banned in five divisions of Sindh including Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Larkana and Mirpur Khas.
Women, children, senior citizens and journalists will be exempted from the ban.
