"This is the city of Iqbal and Faiz but I don't see thoughts of Iqbal or Faiz today," he said.

SIALKOT (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) vice chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi said while addressing PTI rally here on Saturday that they have come to the court of people for justice, adding the protests will continue if justice not served, Dunya News reported.
Conveying his dismay, Qureshi said that the government has forgotten the message of country’s founding fathers Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and Allama Iqbal.
“This is the city of Iqbal and Faiz but I don’t see thoughts of Iqbal or Faiz today,” he said.
“We go to Aiwan-e-Iqbal with pride but we don’t follow Iqbal’s teachings.”
The stadium is Jinnah stadium and the city is of Iqbal, do you see today’s Pakistan as that of Jinnah and Iqbal? He asked.
He said that Pakistan of today is stuck in poverty, illiteracy and injustice.
Qureshi said that PTI convoy has come to announce that they will revive Jinnah’s and Iqbal’s thoughts and that the fruits of the revival will be reaped by the future generations.
He said that 200 billion dollars of Pakistan rulers is in Switzerland, alleging that amount is embezzled and looted from poor of Pakistan.
“I want to ask Sialkot whether that 200 billion dollars can be brought back to Pakistan by Zardari? Can Zardari bring that money back? Has Nawaz Sharif government done anything to bring the money back?” he asked.
“Is there anyone among you that can bring that looted amount back? Is that among you? Then come join us, we have to make a decision today. We have to make a decision of future of Pakistan.”
He said that PTI’s convoy will rid Pakistanis from system of injustice the way Muslims fought for independent Pakistan.
“People are held as slaves, we are here to change that, will you change it?” he asked the crowed.
“People of Pakistan have adopted the way of PTI whether rulers change or not. How can the independence be achieved? Do we need free and independent election commission or not? Do we need free and fair elections or not?” He asked.
“My friends you have to take a decision, the poor in Pakistan have only one power that is of vote and paper. They won’t give you rights but will they also snatch your right to vote? Did they snatch it or not on May 11?”
