RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – A woman suspected by police to be angry at her husband for second marriage allegedly committed suicide after killing two daughters. Police have taken the widower into custody, Dunya News reported.
According to reports, bodies of a woman and her two girls were recovered from a house in Rawalpindi. Police feared that the woman may have killed her daughters and committed suicide afterwards. Police also took the widower in custody.
The bodies of 30-year-old Robina, 9-year-old Rida and 6-year-old Memona were recovered from a house within boundaries of Civil Lines Police Station.
The girls were shot dead whereas the body of the mother was hanging from the fan. Police and rescue teams arrived at the sight to collect evidences. According to the initial theory, the woman allegedly killed herself after killing her two daughters.
