Saeed warned that if 'anarchy' is not stopped, whole Pakistan will take to streets.

LAHORE (Dunya News) – ‘Pakistan Stability Convention’ was organized by Jamat-ud Dawah (JD) here on Sunday. JD Chief Hafiz Saeed said that attacking Pakistan armed forces is akin to attacking whole country adding that no one has the right to attack national defence institutions, Dunya News reported.
Saeed warned that if ‘anarchy’ is not stopped, whole Pakistan will take to streets to defend its institutions.
Addressing Pakistan Stability Convention at University Ground Lahore, he said that the country is in the state of war at this point and that all political, religious parties and other institutions including army is invited to stand united adding that no one has the right to criticize national institutions.
Lamenting at Geo News administration, Saeed alleged that Geo has been involved in promoting Indian culture and representing foreign interests.
He said Geo was guilty of attacking Pakistan defence institutions without any evidence. He urged Geo to present its case to legal channels instead of turning wrong to right through protests and rallies.
Former Chief Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) General (r) Hameed Gul said that Pakistan Army has given countless sacrifices for the sake of country and nation but army’s supreme command, the president, or Prime Minister neither issued a statement on Youm-e-Shuhuda, nor did they honour the martyrs through floral wreath. Gul said that the government should reform itself first.
