Mustafa Kamal resigns from Senate
The former city nazim of Karachi has currently been outside the country for private commitments.
KARACHI (Web Desk) - Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) leader Mustafa Kamal has resigned from Senate and his resignation has been presented to the Senate Chairman Nayyar Hussain Bukhari.
MQM member Mustafa Kamal formally resigned from his Senate membership, whereas MQM leaders presented his resignation to the chairman after Monday s session of the Upper House.
Mustafa Kamal has currently been outside the country for private commitments, due to which he was unable to attend various sessions of the house and did not submit the details of his assets.
According to the MQM leaders, the former city nazim of Karachi has resigned from his Senate membership; however he is still a member of the MQM Raabita Committee.
