A senior PPP leader is likely to replace Syed Qaim Ali Shah as Sindh Chief Minister.

KARACHI (Dunya News) – Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leadership is seriously considering replacement of Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah.

According to Dunya News sources, a senior PPP leader would replace Qaim Ali Shah as Sindh Chief Minster and consultation within higher leadership of the PPP is underway in this regard.

According to the sources, the leadership had been pondering replacement of Sindh CM for a long time however situation in Tharparkar delayed the decision.

Syed Qaim Ali Shah has been target of severe criticism by opponents for failure in restoration of peace in Karachi despite targeted operation against miscreants and his government’s failing to address Thar issue.
