Social media remembers peace activist Khudi Irfan Ali
Last year, Khudi Irfan Ali was hit as he was volunteering for rescue efforts after the first blast.
QUETTA: (Dunya News) – January 10 marks the first death anniversary of peace activist Khudi Irfan Ali who was martyred in what was termed as one of the deadliest attacks in Quetta last year. The total of three blasts had claimed as many as a hundred lives.
Ali was vocal in his activism against terrorism and was a loud proponent of peace and harmony among all. The tragic incident took place as he was volunteering in rescue efforts after the first blast took place.
Shortly before he was hit, he had tweeted:
“#Quetta, was on the way to home nearly escaped from bomb blast 11 ppl dead”
