The Supreme Court has rejected a plea by Interior Minister Rehman Malik and ordered the Attorney General to appear before the court on February 18.Rehman submitted his written reply in the apex court in a contempt of court case against him.During the perusal, the CJ remarked that there was no apology in Rehmans written statement, giving sufficient grounds to the SC to initiate a contempt of court case against him.The CJ also questioned that how the establishment could interfere into the judiciary affairs.Stopping the Interior Minister in the court, the CJ told him that the contempt of court case would be proceeded after the appearance of AG in the court.Later, the court was adjourned till February 18.
