Awais Muzaffar removed as KWSB chairperson
Sharjeel Inam Memon has been appointed as new chairman of Sindh Water and Severage Board.
KARACHI (Dunya News) - The Sindh government on Monday removed Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Owais Muzaffar from the post of Karachi Water Sewerage Board (KWSB) chairperson while Information Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon would assume charge as head of the board.
Earlier, Awais Muzaffar had also been removed as health and local government minister of Sindh.
Awais Muzaffar is foster brother of former president Asif Ali Zardari. He was elected as Member Sindh Assembly from PS-88, Ghora Bari, in Thatta in May 11 general elections.
