Randhawa murder case: Second eyewitness identifies accused
The court also recorded the statement of the accused under section 164 of Criminal Procedure Code.
KARACHI (Dunya News) The second eyewitness on Thursday also has identified the accused Kazam Abbaz in Nemat Ali Randhwa murder case.
According to police resources, the name of second witness has been kept secret as a precautionary measure.
The accused Kazam Abbaz was brought in the court of judicial magistrate Asif Ahmad under tight security as his face had been covered by a mask.
During identification, the witness was of the view that the accused was the same person who was firing at a white car in the area of North Nazim Abad while sitting on the back seat of a motorcycle on the night of September 26.
The court also recorded the statement of the accused under section 164 of Criminal Procedure Code.
