Hearing of petitions against Zardaris co-accused adjourned
Accountability Court has adjourned the hearing of petitions to stop the hearing of cases against President Zardaris co-accused in Techna, Polo Ground, Irsis tractors and SGS references till January 28. During the hearing of petitions of the co-accused in Rawalpindi Accountability Court, NAB maintained that President Zardari is the main accused in all four references but he has legal indemnity against hearing while without Zardari hearing of reference against his co-accused AR Saddiqi, Nusrat Bhutto, Saeed Mehdi and Yousaf Talpur cannot be carried out, so for hearing against them should also be stopped.
