Quake jolts central Punjab
Tremors were felt in Lahore, Gunjranwala and Kasur on Thursday afternoon.
LAHORE (Dunya News)- An earth quake jolted cities and towns of central Punjab on Thursday afternoon, met office said.
According to met office earthquake measuring 4.6 on the Richter scale jolted Lahore and its adjacent areas. According to Met Office‚ its epicenter was 35 was 35 kg deep in northern Indian state of Hamachal Perdesh.
Tremors were also felt in Gujranwala and Kasur. People of the affected areas came out of their houses and were frightened.
No loss of life or property was reported in the quake.
