Lahore: Security guard killed during robbery attempt
A security guard was shot dead while resisting a robbery bid in Qila Gujar Singh area of Lahore.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – According to details, 40-year-old Ramzan was performing duty of security guard in the residential area at Montgomery Road for the past seven months.
According to the residents, two dacoits riding on a motorcycle entered the area to commit a robbery at a house upon which Ramzan raised alarm. The dacoits opened fire on Ramzan and killed him on the spot and fled from the scene, leaving their motorcycle behind.
Police have shifted the dead body to Mayo Hospital for autopsy.
