PM Nawaz meets Chinese President Xi Jinping
The two leaders discuss bilateral relations with the special reference to economic cooperation.
BEIJING (Online) - Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has held a meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping in Beijing.
The Chinese leader welcomed Mian Nawaz Sharif and congratulated him for assuming the office of Prime Minister of Pakistan for the third time.
He said first foreign visit of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to China after assuming the office shows the importance of relations between the two countries.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif described his visit to China as a matter of great honour and said that China is not only a neighbour of Pakistan but it is also a close friend of the country. He hoped that Pak-China relationship will further improve during his tenure.
