Javed Hashmi terms Nawaz Sharif as his leader
Hashmi was addressing National Assembly minutes after Nawaz Sharif was named PM.
ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) leader Makhdoom Javed Hashmi on Wednesday said “Nawaz Sharif was my leader and is my leader.”
Congratulating the newly elected leader of the house‚ Makhdoom Javed Hashmi said it is a historic day today when supremacy of constitution and democracy has been established.
He said Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf will play constructive role as opposition. However‚ it will extend full cooperation to the government to resolve the problems of the people.
Javed Hashmi urged the new government to hold local bodies elections at the earliest which are essential to shift the power to the grass root level.
