Six die in accident on GT Road
A Lahore-bound bus overturned at GT Road near Jehlum due to over-speeding.
JEHLUM (Online) - At least six people were killed and five others sustained severe injuries in a road accident at G.T. Road on Saturday.
According to reports, a bus heading to Lahore on GT Road suddenly overturned due to over-speeding.
Six persons died while five other sustained serious injuries. The bus driver and conductor managed to escape from the scene.
The rescue teams and local people reached the spot and shifted the injured people to hospital.
Police have registered a case and are trying to trace the driver and conductor of the bus.
