ECP summons 24 ex-MPs with fake degrees on Friday

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has summoned 24 former lawmakers holding fake degrees in Islamabad on Friday.
Following the directives of Supreme Court, the Election Commision has issued summons for April 5 to all the lawmakers holding fake degrees.
The Chief Election Commissioner Fakhruddin G. Ebrahim presided over a high-level meeting today.
The meeting was set to discuss scrutiny of nomination papers‚ issues relating to dual nationality and fake degrees.
The list includes Shafiq Ahmed Gujar‚ Rubina Irfan‚ Tariq Magsi‚ Israrullah Zehri‚ Mir Nadir Magsi‚ Umar Gorgej‚ Mir Mohabbat Khan Marri and Shumaila Rana‚ Dewan Ashiq Bukhari‚ Samena Khawar‚ Mukesh Kumar.
