Kamran Faisal case: SC admits father's plea for party
The Supreme Court has admitted the petition of Kamran Faisals father to become a party in the case.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News):-A two-member bench headed by Justice Jawad S Khawaja conducted hearing of NAB investigation officer Kamran Faisal death case.
Father of the victim had moved a petition in the court, seeking to become a party in the aforesaid case.
The court while having preliminary arguments admitted the petitioner’s application and permitted him to become a party in the aforesaid case.
The court was adjourned till April 3 due to business of the prosecutor general of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
