PTI leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi on the occasion said that his party would not take any step above the constitution because Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf did not want that democracy is derailed. The only way to bring change in the country is through the ballot box, he said.

Qadri said that he would file a petition in the Supreme Court for the reconstitution of the Election Commission of Pakistan.

He said practically there was no implementation of constitution, as the masses are deprived of justice and corruption is rampant in the country.

Qadri further said free and fair elections were not possible under the present circumstances.
