Future Concern case: LHC seeks report from FIA
The case hearing was adjourned till February 4.
LAHORE: The Lahore High Court summoned a report over issuance of red warrant against Future Concern owner Asim Malik by February 4, Dunya news reported.
Justice Mazahir Ali Akbar Naqvi resumed hearing of Future Concern fraud case on Monday.
Petitioner’s counsel told court that Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) is deliberately not arresting the accused.
FIA official explained that raids are being conducted for Asim Malik’s arrest and red warrant has also been issued against him.
The court while adjourning the case hearing directed FIA to submit a report by February 4.
