Rental power case: SC seeks implementation report
The court has directed the NAB to submit the report regarding the case.
ISLAMABAD: A three-judge bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry heard the case.
The court showed anger over the absence of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Deputy Prosecutor General Fauzi Zafar. After the interval, Fauzi appeared before the court and told the court that he could not appeared before the court due to his illness.
The NAB officials informed the court that the officials, who were investigating the case, had been restored their positions.
The SC ordered the NAB to submit a detail report on January 15.
