Voting on no-trust motion against AK PM Yaqoob tomorrow

The political crisis has intensified in Azad Kashmir and the voting on the no-trust motion against Prime Minister Sardar Yaqoob will be held tomorrow, Dunya News reported on Wednesday. Muzaffarabad is witnessing political restlessness even before the voting. The political bargain is on the peak by the government and the opposition. The voting on the no-trust motion against the coalition government of Azad Kashmir will be held tomorrow for which the National Assemblys session has been called on at 10:00am. Opposition leader Sardar Attique showed his political strength in a press conference in Muzaffarabad. Attique presented 25 parliamentarians before media and claimed his majority in the parliament. The government of Azad Kashmir was formed with a majority of 31 members. Led by Sardar Yaqoob, the government comprises of Al Jammu Muslim Conference, Forward Bloc, Peoples Party, Peoples Muslim League and MQM. Sardar Attique is leading the All Jammu Kashmir Muslim Conference. All Jammu Kashmir Muslim Conference members Murtza Gilani, Chaudhay Ismail and Shamim Malik forwarded no-trust motion to the speaker Ghulam Qadir. On the other hand, the ruling party has also started contacts with various political groups. The reports suggest that the PM can resign even before the session if he remains failed in getting the majority. Talking to media in Islamabad, PM Sardar Yaqoob said that he will not quit his job but face no-trust motion. He said that 23 members are with him and it is expected 2 more will join him tomorrow.
