The courts should avoid commenting on political institutions, the information minister said.

In a function held in the federal capital, the minister said the US court has said while giving a decision on health bill the court should not decide on the public matters prior to people’s decision on it.He advised the ex-DG ISI Hamid Gul to mind his tone and language. Whatever he did as general is before the people, he remarked. Hamid Gul’s statement about his not recognizing Bangladesh amounts to violation of the Constitution. Pakistan recognizes Bangladesh as an independent and sovereign country, he added.He urged the army to take action against the general for what he did during his service.
