JUI-F chief Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman said that MMA would be revived without Jamat-e-Islami.
Talking to journalists after the Kashmir Committee meeting in Islamabad on Tuesday, Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI) chief Maulana Fazlur Rahman said that a meeting has been called on October 18 to discuss the restoration of Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal (MMA) while five parties would attend the meeting.He said that the Jamat-e-Islami has been informed that it would not be a part of the alliance.Fazl said that JI demanded the slot of president of MMA and 50 seats in Khybe-Pakhtunhawa.The MMA would comprise JUI-F, JUI-S, JUP, Jamiat Ahl-e-Hadis and Islami Tahreek.
