Rehman Malik has said that attempts are being made to spread sectarian violence in the country.

Speaking during debate on law and order situation in the country in Senate, Interior Minister Rehman Malik said that documents on law and order cannot be made public, however, he is ready to give an in camera briefing in this regard.Speaking to media after the session, Rehman Malik said that opposition leader in the National Assembly should have avoided negative statement on Accountability Bill on the occasion of Defence Day of Pakistan. Earlier the National Assembly unanimously passed a resolution acknowledging the services and sacrifices of valiant armed forces and individuals martyred in the line of duty.
