Kurram Agency: 5 militants killed in clash with forces

Five militants were killed in clash security forces in central Kurram Agency on Tuesday.

According to a security official, the militant attacked a check post of the security forces in Otmela of central Kurram Agency and opened fire in which one soldier Lance Naik Shahbaz was injured.At least five militants were killed in the retaliatory firing by the security forces while the injured was shifted to Kurram Agency’s Sada hospital for treatment.The security forces cordoned off the area after the clash and launched search operation, however no arrest could be made.
