The first meeting of the new Federal Cabinet is underway to discuss law & order and energy crisis.
Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf is presiding over the meeting. Addressing the Federal Cabinet the prime minister invited all political parties to join hands and serve the country.He said coalition government is committed to resolve critically important issue of energy on top priority basis.Raja Parvez Ashraf said Balochistan is the priority in governments policy and invited all Baloch Leaders, in and outside Pakistan, to come and sit across the table for finding an amicable solution to the issue.He said his government would like to see the agriculture sector growing and would not let the electricity constrains hit this sector.PM Pervaiz Ashraf also urged the management of PIA‚ WAPDA‚ Railways‚ Steel Mill and other state enterprises to focus on their operational efficiency.He said Pakistan values its relations with the Islamic World‚ USA‚ China‚ EU‚ Japan and all its neighbours, including India and Afghanistan.
