A petition to declare all steps of Gilani being taken after April 26 as illegal submitted in LHC.

The petitioner’s lawyer Azhar Siddique stated in his petition that all the measures including budget taken by ex-PM Gilani between April 26 and June 19 should be declared null and void as the court already held him ineligible in its earlier verdict in contempt case. The petition requested the court to order ex-PM Gilani to pay all the money spent on his foreign tours during this period.The writ petition has been submitted in Lahore High Court.
