PTI submits plea against PM in SHC

PTI submitted a constitutional application against PM Gilani in Sindh High Court.

The plea was submitted by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) secretary general Arif Elvi.The PTI stated in its plea that Gilani has become ineligible to hold the office of prime minister after being sentenced by Supreme Court.The plea has requested the court to summon PM Gilani and seek explanation over his illegal holding of office.
