Man commits suicide in Multan

The man jumped off the flyover near chowk Kumhara Wala after compensation payment denied by NHA.

According to details, National Highway Authority (NHA) constructed the flyover bridge near chowk Kumhara Wala under Prime Minister’s package and compensated all the residents for their land and property to complete the project.Locals said that victim Muhammad Amjad was denied compensatory payment by the concerned authorities. Amjad got disheartened after several requests and jumped off the flyover bridge.The police have shifted the body to Nishtar Hospital for post-mortem and said that action would be taken against those involved.
