PHC orders probe into Air Blue crash

The Peshawar High Court Wednesday ordered reinvestigation of Air Blue crash in 2010 in Islamabad.

A two -member bench headed by Chief Justice PHC, Justice Dost Muhammad Khan heard the proceeding of the case.Defense Secretary, Nargis Sethi and D.G Civil Aviation (CA) appeared before the court during the proceeding of the case.Justice Dost Muhammad Khan ordered that international experts would investigate the case while the compensation to victim families would be paid through the court, he added.Meanwhile, Defense Secretary, Nargis Sethi submitted before the court that the investigation team comprising international experts would arrive in Pakistan on June 13.The court withdrew the court notice, which was issued against the D.G Civil Aviation.
